Office spaces and multi-family spaces were combined in this project. Most of these apartments are 3 story, 2 bedroom units, with a garage and an attached office having separate entries from the public way. Designing to the client's preferences, and meeting the applicable building and zoning codes with creative solutions, dovetailed nicely in the end.
